About The Position

The Operations Coordinator in the educational services sector plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations within the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination or administrative support, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling or project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Payroll Processing experience (minimum 1 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to support educational programs and administrative functions.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics for events, meetings, and program activities.
  • Monitor compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff members as needed.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
