OTG,you will be Assisting with documentation and organization of operational processes and standards. Supporting tracking of improvement initiatives, action items, and deliverables. Assisting with data cleanup, basic analysis, and preparation of summaries or reports. Supporting process mapping and identification of efficiency opportunities. Assisting with development and updates to the Food Lover’s Guide, including data gathering, organization, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Supporting onsite operational observations and documentation at select airport locations, as appropriate
