Ensure the stores implementation and execution of Front-end Customer Service, best practices and operational initiatives. Partner with District Front–end Specialists, Shrink and Loss Prevention Departments in identifying store opportunities by analyzing reports to improve SEPR, metric results and other financial goals. Coordinate division rollout and training for Front-end solutions. Work collaboratively and communicate with Corporate, Regional and Division Departments by providing feedback on the effectiveness of the Enterprise operational plans/programs, developing action plans to address opportunities.
