About The Position
onsemi is seeking an Operations Lead — also known as Captain of the Ship (COS) — Who is responsible for executing tactical operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures delivery targets are met by driving output, cycle time, and quality performance while maintaining operational continuity across multiple technologies and process areas.
