About The Position

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. We're looking for an Operations Lead - Partnerships to lead the operations of new Partnership Programs across new channels and user groups. As we expand into new customer segments, you'll be the operational backbone that makes it possible, building the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination needed to bring new programs to life and scale them efficiently. This role is less about owning a specific audience and more about ensuring the organization can execute against new bets with rigor and speed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in program management, partnerships, or community roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up, not just inheriting them
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage founders, operators, and ecosystem partners
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable setting targets, analyzing funnel performance, and iterating based on results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create compelling program materials and pitch decks independently
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and understanding of how early-stage companies make tooling decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network within startup ecosystems, accelerator networks, or SMB communities
  • Familiarity with coding, AI tools, or technical products, you don't need to ship code, but you should get why builders love Replit
  • Experience running cohort-based or community-led programs
  • Background in international markets or experience scaling programs across regions

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and operations of programs, including program design, onboarding, and lifecycle management
  • Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, which may include accelerators, hyperscalers, and niche communities to drive pipeline and co-marketing opportunities
  • Develop tiered program structures with clear benefits, milestones, and success metrics for programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure program participants convert to paid plans and expand usage over time
  • Track and report on KPIs including enrollment, activation, retention, and revenue contribution from programs
  • Identify and recruit high-potential users for showcases, case studies, and community spotlights
