About The Position

They guide Area Coaches and ensure that the Whataburger experience is provided to customers and Family Members. Partners with Area Coaches, Ops Leadership and Support System teams to increase profitability. Strategizes, plans, and supports new units and market growth. Visits restaurants to ensure Whataburger standard operating procedures are being followed. Supports Whataburger mission, works towards its vision, role-models its core values, and champions company initiatives. Promotes Whataburger brand. Provides timely communication. Identifies opportunities and makes well-reasoned decisions even in unpredictable situations. Coaches and develops Family Members to build the talent pipeline. - 9+ years’ experience supervising others at various organizational levels (e.g. regional or national level)
- Multi-unit management experience in a quick or full-service restaurant
