About The Position

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently compounding batch formulations according to established recipes using scales, vessels, mixing equipment and various processing equipment. You will follow all safety guidelines and cGMP practices and procedures including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Minimum of 1-years of experience working in manufacturing, analytical lab, pharmaceutical production, food, or similar environment
Ability to wear all required PPE equipment
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Facilitating the routine production of compounding formulations as directed by management and planning.
Following predetermined formulations.
Accurately weigh, measure, and compound per instructions.
Performing and documenting verifications on calibrated equipment used in production per the requirements of the QMS, including scales, flow meters, thermometers, and temperature controllers. These checks are performed on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Assist with inventory control of raw materials and finished bulk materials.
Wash, sanitize, and set up all necessary manufacturing and batching equipment used in the compounding facility.
Maintain safe environmental practices by continuously cleaning equipment, workplace, and production area.
Working closely with the Lab to ensure quality and other requirements are met.
Ensuring formulations are completed accurately and on time.
Utilizing ERP system for inventory accuracy and other required systems activities.
Operate within the organizational Blue Book, key philosophies, and framework.
Completing other activities as required by Management.
