About The Position

Sodexo Seniors is seeking a Multi-Service Operations Manager to join our premier senior living account Waterman Village in Mt. Dora, Florida, nearby Orlando. This upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) embodies the true spirit of community where Residents enjoy the security of a worry-free lifestyle. This Operations Mgr is directly responsible for managing a team of approx 40 employees with the day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance services. Previous EVS management experience in a senior living or hospital setting is an added plus! Bilingual candidates preferred. What You Bring previous housekeeping, laundry and maintenance mgmt experience required, preferably in a seniors or hospital environment; experience in infection control protocol; ability to develop and motivate team members to exceed the expectations of the client and the residents in service and technical execution of a housekeeping system; possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion; have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines; are proficient with computers and other technology. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 3 years Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
