Healthcare's moment for AI-powered transformation is here, and we're building the technology to power it. Come join us in shaping the future of healthcare. About the Role We are hiring a highly technical operator to build and improve automation across denial and rejection workflows at Commure. This role is focused on reducing manual work in some of our most operationally intensive processes. You will help implement and scale workflows that prevent denials before submission, automate parts of denial and rejection resolution, and improve the reliability and efficiency of how claims are worked over time. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable working across operations, data, and technical implementation. You will use SQL, APIs, scripts, internal tools, and AI-based workflows to launch automations, monitor performance, investigate failures, and improve systems already in production. A large focus of the role will be denial and rejection workflows, but the person in this role may also support other operational areas where automation can reduce manual effort and improve efficiency as Commure scales.
