About The Position

Core4ce is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Level I to lead transition efforts supporting SASP operations at the Pentagon. In this role, you will develop and implement a phase-in transition plan to ensure seamless continuity of operations with minimal disruption of services. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations management or similar role
  • TS/SCI required
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required
  • Previous experience managing transition or implementation projects
  • Experience working with government contracts, preferably DoD
  • Demonstrated success in meeting critical deadlines
  • Experience developing and implementing transition plans
  • Background in coordinating with government stakeholders
  • Prior experience in risk identification and mitigation
  • Knowledge of government IT systems and access requirements
  • Experience managing teams during transition periods
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes
  • Track record of successful project completion within specified timeframes
  • Experience with documentation and reporting for government contracts

  • Knowledge of security clearance processes and requirements
  • Familiarity with Common Access Card (CAC) procedures
