About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support the Managing Partner and the firm in driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales function to perform at its highest level by providing structure, and consistent operational support.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
3 - 4 years of experience in operation management or similar fields.
Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Able to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
Collaborative, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and special projects.
Prepare reports, analysis, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate key deadlines, and communication across teams to ensure alignment.
Take ownership of operational tasks that help the Managing Partner stay focused on high-level priorities.
Develop, document, and improve internal processes to support scalable growth.
Maintain oversight of cross-department workflows, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational resources as needed.
Track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance indicators, delivering regular updates to leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
Evaluating and approving due diligence reports and being a signing authority.
