Operations Manager is responsible for all daily manufacturing operations and production-related activities. This hands-on position is responsible for the development of practices and actions designed to increase productivity and deliver results. The successful candidate will meet production output and at desired quality for the lowest possible cost working within the standards of the Company and regulatory agencies. The role will direct, coach and mentor staff to develop methods to use the plant's human and capital resources to best meet production goals in addition to making processes more efficient. Full manufacturing statement responsibility and the requirement to meet KPI targets across labor, yield loss, quality, costs, efficiencies, safety and other notable areas. Performance will be evaluated by measuring employee retention and turnover, reduced total recordable injury rates, first pass quality, case fill rates, on time delivery, continuous improvement, and asset reliability. Role will report to the Director of Operations.
