We build careers, treat people with respect, and create real opportunities for those who want to make an impact. The Role As our Operations Manager, you’ll be a key leader in our Pittsburgh market. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, solve problems as they come up, and help keep things running efficiently. Requirements
- An experienced leader with 5+ years in operations management, ready to take ownership and help a business grow
- Experienced in the cleaning industry or a similar field (preferred—but strong leadership and operational skills matter most)
- A people-first leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable analyzing operations, making decisions, and following through
- Focused on efficiency, labor management, and smart cost control
- Guided by integrity, consistency, and a desire to keep learning and improving
