Camden’s Operations Managers have primary responsibility for the financial, administrative, and resident services functions of a multifamily portfolio comprised of two or more communities. This includes facilities management, contract administration, vendor relationships, resident relations, and interfacing with the central processing team in execution of accounting activities related to resident ledgers. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Operations Manager will also support the overall operation and success of the community and supervise the maintenance team members for that portfolio. Operations Managers must operate with a high level of professionalism and decision-making ability; with a focus on promoting Camden culture.
