About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to develop and lead the teams at mixed-use parking facilities in West Midtown Atlanta. You will directly oversee and be responsible for account performance to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. We provide first-class parking services and seek a friendly, outgoing individual with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. As the operations manager, you will have oversight of the entire parking operation(s).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous parking management experience required
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license
  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidate must have a clean motor vehicle record
  • All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the assigned garage parking operations, including office, retail and valet parking.
  • Responsible for driving business metrics and revenue maximization.
  • Invoicing and financial management for assigned accounts.
  • Display the ability to improve overall performance and profitability of accounts.
  • Understand and interpret contractual scopes, lease stipulations, and all other client agreements.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training managers and employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with associates / management of each account, manager revenue and payroll.
  • Ensure that associates provide the highest level of professionalism and service to all clients and guests.
  • Conduct coaching, counseling, and terminations when appropriate, and ensure accountability in meeting performance expectations.
  • Arrange scheduling, and billing of private events including tracking of revenue, payroll, and claims.
  • Attending all necessary client meetings.
  • Be on call and available for problem solving (24/7 operation).
