Computershare has a great opportunity for you to provide excellent support for Project Managers as an Operations Mandatory Complex Project Administrator. The Corporate Actions Department, part of Issuer Services, is organized into two key groups: a front-office team responsible for client-facing activities and a back-office operations team that provides essential support. This Complex Administrator role is part of the back-office operations group and is responsible for processing items related to Corporate Action events that have gone effective. The role involves monitoring and processing incoming items to ensure all transactions are completed within prescribed deadlines and in line with client expectations. In addition, the Project Administrator is responsible for various tasks, including—but not limited to—setting up internal systems to support client events, preparing and auditing payments, managing smaller projects, conducting research, and resolving escalations as assigned. Additional responsibilities include weekly reject letter printing and mailing, setting up internal systems to support client events, preparing and auditing payments, managing smaller projects, conducting research, and resolving escalations as assigned.
