Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Leads and supervises people for fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping. Plans operations, allocates skills and labor hours, and manages material and workflow to ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards for assigned products Organizes and assigns work, provides instruction, cross‑trains employees, and assists them in performing their duties Ensures consistent use of safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE), oversees departmental housekeeping, and remains vigilant for hazardous conditions or unsafe practices. Actively drives safety initiatives and continuous improvements Monitors and drives quality performance while implementing continuous improvement initiatives Provides information and collaborates with internal teams to support cost reduction, work simplification, production scheduling, and manpower planning Participates in and coordinates programs related to employee communication, placement, training and development, orientation, quality, and other key initiatives Promotes positive employee relations through open, direct, and consistent daily communication Ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and work rules related to attendance, performance, and other standards Performs other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
