About The Position

The Operations Performance Specialist plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence across the organization by serving as a central hub for data, systems, and execution support. This position provides hands-on support for restaurant operations, new restaurant openings, compliance initiatives, marketing coordination, and leadership events. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps ensure consistency, accountability, and efficiency across all markets.

Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze key operational data across multiple platforms, including SMG, Steritech, Flavor Lab, MyWingstop, Third Party Delivery Portals, Aloha, Power BI and ADP.
Generate and distribute reports, including: 1. Food Cost Reports 2. Comps and Voids 3. Refund Requests 4. Chicken Counts 5. Bonus Tracking 6. Delivery Quality Reporting 7. Social Score Rating 8. Food Logic Reporting
Assist with New Restaurant Openings (NROs) by setting up restaurant accounts for email and Zenput.
Maintain and manage access to restaurant and Area Coach Assignments.
Manage the distribution and maintenance of operational equipment, such as tablets, Zebra label printers, and store technology tools.
Assist with event planning and travel for all senior leadership events.
Assist in travel arrangements for all managers traveling to different markets.
Monitor security camera footage to support incident investigations and compliance checks.
Track all refund requests submitted via Zenput for Area Coaches and ensure that the refund is processed at the store level and processed by the Area Coach on MyWingstop.
Assist in disputing chargebacks through proper channels.
Assist in processing all chargebacks that were approved for refund.
Partner with community leaders to drive business via community events and collaborations.
Manage SWAG inventory.
Manage the Local marketing spend.
Generate content to share with restaurants via social networks.
Coordinates with WRI Marketing contact for local opportunity
