We’re seeking an experienced Operations Program Lead to join our Operation Program Management Team. The Operations Program Lead will be the focal multi-functional professional for several programs. The Operation Program Lead will be responsible for the performance of the family of products under the assigned Programs / Value Streams, ensuring assigned programs issues are attended and resolved with a high sense of urgency. This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • Prepare recovery plans for all overdue Part Numbers under the assigned programs. Recovery plans must include robust actions, with multi-functional owners, and due dates
  • Present and articulate recovery plans and paths forward to Leadership (internally and externally) during Customer Reviews and other engagements
  • Track assigned programs’ performance to reduce the impact to our customers
  • Lead and prepare for customer visits. Ensure there are well planned schedules to attend all our customer’s requests during the visit
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Planning Teams to ensure alignment on critical commitments to our customers
  • Proactively provide customer urgent priorities visibility to our Operations, Engineering, Quality, Materials and other functions to prevent escalations as much as possible
  • Work hand to hand with Engineering / Technical Planning to ensure Engineering Changes (ECs), Deviations, Change Requests (CRs), and any other configuration change is implemented in a timely manner to prevent supply gaps and customer impacts
  • Conduct periodic meetings with the customer for program reviews
  • Work with other OPMs / VSLs and functional leads to ensure the appropriate priority and are aligned with customer commitments
  • Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work assignments. Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
