Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of forecasting, logistics, procurement, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly equipment demand planning by analyzing customer needs and industry requirements.
  • Assist in forecasting activities by providing data insights to improve accuracy.
  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to help align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities within the oil and gas services sector.
  • Monitor rig count activity and market dynamics to support sales strategy adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain market share reports, dashboards, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain, and finance) on business initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation and records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and administrative coordination tasks.
  • Learn and utilize department-specific software, ERP systems, and analytical tools while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
