Balancing, recordkeeping and posting of daily operational within the Operations and Bookkeeping Department and other miscellaneous duties as necessary. He/she will be cross trained in the different job functions of the department as follows: Essential Responsibilities: Branch and Legal research Activation of Dormant and Inactive Accounts Opt-out maintenance to account Return Mail processing canning of the Signature Cards Weekly verification of New Certificate of Deposit report to ascertain that the rate is within the established rate. Distribution of Hold Mail to branch and/or departments Daily support of check review and verification Non-Post and Return items desk SQN (Large Items Review) Other Responsibilities: Weekly review and process of Reg D report Charge Back processing Review of ACH/IAT report. RDC verification Notice of change Reg E claims processing ACH claims ACH originations/returns Block entries Independence of Judgment: The degree of judgment is related to the compilation and/or presentation of simple to medium information Supervisory Responsibilities: None Impact of Errors: The impact of errors in this position could affect job and department activities and essential activities of administrative, operational or business nature that might have a considerable economic impact. Minimum Requirements: High School certification and/or courses’ certification in related fields; and/or equivalent experience in retail operations.
