The Operations Strategy Analyst plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and monitoring short- and long-term strategic initiatives that improve revenue performance, increase operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience across communication channels (inbound, outbound, chat, and email). This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure divisional strategies align with company goals and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Must be able to obtain government clearance after hire.
  • US Citizenship is required by the US government in order to obtain government clearance.
  • 2+ years of experience in the collections industry preferred; specific client knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in analytics, operations strategy, or performance optimization strongly preferred.
  • Ability to get IRS and Treasury clearance is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Understanding of database structure and system functionality.
  • Project management capability with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn system capabilities quickly.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities across business units.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve performance, productivity, and client outcomes.
  • Monitor strategy execution and recommend corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.
  • Support the development and alignment of divisional strategic plans.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing performance measures and tracking processes to support informed decision-making.
  • Support financial forecasting and staffing models aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute to contract performance oversight and client scorecard management.
  • Partner with Operations to translate system functionality into workflow and strategy optimization.
  • Work alongside Analytics to implement best practices and enhance reporting clarity.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP processes in collaboration with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Communicate insights, observations, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support strategy development across multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure strategies align with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain adherence to corporate objectives, SOPs, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
