As Operations Supervisor, you’ll orchestrate people, process, and data to deliver reliable output at the right cost—without ever compromising quality or safety. What your day looks like Translate the daily plan with the Scheduler into clear work assignments and staffing for each work center. Guide and support a diverse team of 40+ production associates—interview, hire, train, coach, and develop. Set priorities, plan workloads, and direct tasks so targets are met efficiently. Evaluate performance, recognize outstanding work, and address gaps with timely feedback, discipline, and support. Listen, resolve complaints, and remove roadblocks so the team can perform. Capture and validate production data every day; ensure accurate reporting for all lines and shifts. Champion quality initiatives that align to plant goals; spot trends and partner with Quality to correct issues. Own safety on the floor—implement programs effectively, review results often, and revise procedures as needed. What you bring BA/BS preferred (business or engineering). 2+ years in manufacturing operations. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset; thrives in team environments. Calm, consistent approach to resolving conflict. Solid computer proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
