This role serves as a key point of contact for university services, coordinating telephone operations, mailroom functions, bookstore support, and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient campus service. The position also supports Accounts Payable by assisting with the coordination and review of invoices to help ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
