Requirements

Personal computer skills and knowledge of Office Tools: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation.
Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers & Vendors).
Strong writing skills; proficient grammar and proper sentence structure.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Eclipse.
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
Excellent recordkeeping and time management skills.
Timely, dependable, and accurate.

Responsibilities

Facilitate repair processes for both Rockwell Automation and 3rd party repairs.
Facilitate DBOT process (Distributor Block of Time) and A-B Service invoicing for the Territory.
Communicate with Vendors, Specialists, Sales, and Customers in a professional manner
Review and process Rockwell items in the Return Goods Queue for the Territory
File and Track carrier/vendor freight claims
Collaborate with and assist other Rockwell specialists within the company
Backup Receptionist for breaks, lunches, vacation/sick, etc.
Other Operations duties as assigned
