The Operations Support Specialist provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Retirement Plan Services team, using strong technical and problem‑solving skills to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. This role follows established processes while exercising judgment on more complex assignments, serving as a resource for resolving issues and ensuring smooth daily operations. The specialist regularly communicates with internal and external partners and adapts workflows as needed to meet business needs, with preferred experience working with operational metrics, KPIs, or performance reports. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
