Position Summary: The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that help keep our office running smoothly. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys steady, detail-oriented work, values accuracy, and appreciates being part of a small, supportive team. You will handle a variety of routine tasks such as data entry, document review, scanning and filing, processing basic financial transactions, and supporting general office functions. Because our team cross-trains and covers for one another, you’ll learn several areas of the operations process and assist where needed. This is a stable, consistent role where your reliability and attention to detail directly support the team’s success.
