General Summary Assist in the finishing, assembly and packaging of products. Operate manufacturing equipment to produce component parts. Set up equipment as necessary. Might make minor adjustments to equipment in order to maintain production and quality standards. Notify the Operations Supervisor of any occurrences that negatively impact production. Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines. PKG Team Member II Identify and report any quality issue with labels and components once assembled, keeping track of any rejects. Read and understand BOM move ticket specification. Keep track of production quantity per BOM and record it on hour by hour board. Pull, lift and transport components to and from other location using a cart or hand jack. Operate a computer for production reporting (Move Ticket) using Move7 and Oracle programs. Perform bag change over on the bagging machines. Set the bagging machine parameters. Perform 1st Article.
