About The Position

Summary of Job: The Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment to ensure paper or material is folded accurately, efficiently, and according to production specifications. This role requires attention to quality, safety, and productivity standards.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production ordersAdjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, stacking, and alignmentInspect finished product for quality, accuracy, and defectsLoad raw materials and remove finished products from the machinePerform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments as neededComplete required production, quality, and downtime documentationMaintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standardsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsCommunicate issues or concerns to the leadership promptlyAssist with other production tasks assigned

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities
