Location: 605 Territorial Dr Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Work Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, with expected mandatory additional hours including weekends Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr based on skills and experience Summary/Objective: Operate Graphics and Finishing print production equipment. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of print graphics production.

Requirements

3 or more years of experience operating graphics, screen printing, and/or advanced bindery/finishing equipment
Excellent attendance record and punctuality
Ability to read and understand job tickets
English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking required.
Position requires High School/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

Set-up, Operating and Daily Maintenance of various finishing equipment (ie: Sakurai Screen Press, UV coaters, Kluge Die-cutter and various other department machines) i ndependently for all types of jobs
Able to set up basic jobs, troubleshoot and consistently achieves expected throughput/efficiency
Provide proper adjustments to meet established hourly production standards
Handle both cut-sheet and roll paper stock jobs.
Perform production quality verifications per the standard operating procedures.
Data entry of jobs being processed in ERP for labor tracking, material usage and productivity numbers.
Effectively use the quality control procedures monitoring quality of the final output
Reviews schedule for jobs assigned daily; reports issues back to Supervisor
