About The Position

Purpose of Position: · Operator II: May be responsible for the correct placement of heat seal or DTF logos onto garments and perform most responsibilities of an Operator I; may put-away, pick and ship Put-Wall orders · Warehouse II: May be responsible for picking garments or logos against a customer order; may print labels, tickets, price-stickers, etc. and match them to the correct orders and garments · Capable of operating multiple pieces of specialized equipment in a controlled environment Essential Functions: Operator II – heat seal · Operates heat seal equipment to include overhead projectors, alignment lasers, and Tracker software to accurately fix the logo on the garment · Confirms correct garment and logo combinations against Tracker · Performs basic set-up like laser alignment and verifying heat settings on equipment Operator II – put-wall · Using handheld devices and shipping software, can accurately put away and pick finished goods from the put-wall and ship to the end consumer · Identify the correct garment and logo from the customer order Warehouse II · Accurately picks garments or logos against electronic or physical orders · Transfers customer information into different software systems to print tickets, hangtags, stickers, labels, etc. that meet differing customer expectations All · Notifies VSM/VSS of any concerns regarding all HR, Safety, and Security work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system requirements. · Behave, speak, and treat others in a respectful manner while supporting workflow. · Participate in kaizen or improvement project teams Other Non-essential Functions: · Other duties as assigned. · As job responsibilities evolve ENVIRONMENT: Production and Warehouse Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for color management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage time effectively.

  • Good oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with a variety of people at various technical and management levels
