About The Position

This is a hands‑on production role focused on supporting manufacturing operations through consistent execution of assigned tasks. The Operator works under direct supervision and is trained on specific equipment or processes such as CNC machining support, tacking, lamination, engraving, or card finishing. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn multiple functions to support daily production needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, standard work, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, tracking, or equipment interfaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to CNC machining, lamination, engraving, tacking, or finishing operations.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts or continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience working in a regulated or quality‑driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment or workstations following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform basic production tasks such as loading materials, monitoring equipment operation, and completing finishing steps.
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards are met and escalate defects or issues to the Supervisor.
  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation using ERP tools or manual logs.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support flexibility by rotating between tasks or workstations as trained and assigned.
  • Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or process concerns promptly to the Supervisor.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training to build skills across manufacturing processes and equipment.
