About The Position

This coordinator position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment. To be successful, the ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate attention to detail across different functional areas. They should have the ability to meet specific deadlines, execute with efficient organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to change comfortably. Since this role has access to senior executives, a high level of integrity and discretion is a must when handling confidential information. Effective listening skills, the ability to take direction and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. Delivering completed tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture will make this person successful. This position will work closely with the senior management team and HR Manager. The ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner across multiple media is important.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office is essential. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint )
  • Administrative Assistant responsibilities/experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
  • Sound judgment and flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines with little to no direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous event planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing the GMs' day-to-day schedules and prioritization of activities.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Drive key team activities, including staff and team meeting agendas and logistics, planning and logistics for team events, and manage local activities for org-wide events such as post-All-Hands social hours, etc.
  • Time and attendance reporting & auditing
  • Drive Rewards and Recognition programs through Company designated platforms: AwardCo, a company recognition platform for leadership and employees. The BOLD program, a program that highlights employees demonstrating Fanatics’ values.
  • Our Local Fan Store, an employee engagement resource.
  • Holiday/Peak prizes and gifts
  • Birthdays/Anniversary recognition and planning.
