This position is an entry level position. Responsible and technically varied position performing a variety of complex or technical duties for the Business Office and Vital Statistics. Independent judgement, adherence and compliance to applicable Florida Statues and initiative are exercised to develop specialized work methods and procedures. The individual will perform multiple tasks, including Deputy Registrar in Vital Statistics to include assisting clients with issuing birth and death records. The individual will also be responsible for performing back up duties for daily cash deposits, reconciliations, mail logs, take deposits to the bank, journal entries, process vendor invoices in My Florida Market Place (MFMP) system, back up to receiving and purchasing, and other related areas of the Business Office. Ensuring generally accepted accounting principles are met. Personal and County vehicle use may be required.
