We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. As OPS Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry and related components. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and components including building automation systems. Operates and maintains vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts. Maintains small equipment used in the maintenance area.
