The OPS Office Assistant in the Enrollment Services Center plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine office tasks, including answering phones and greeting visitors. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor and provide necessary information. Address basic general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members. Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the correct departments or individuals. Sort and deliver mail/packages throughout the office in a timely manner. Accurately file paperwork, make copies, and compile documents as needed. Assist with small, assigned projects to support the department’s goals. Assist with the planning and execution of department events. Other Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
