This position is responsible for conducting routine access visits and investigating complaints about services in long-term care facilities. The ombudsman is a designated representative of the Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman as authorized by federal and state law. The ombudsman serves under the direction of the District Ombudsman Manager. PAY: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $15.00 to $18.50, hourly.
