About The Position

Description Operating Room Assistant at our Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center of Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. The shift hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm. No weekends or holidays are required. Prepares operating room for surgery as directed, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in supporting the OP surgery center as directed. Transports patients and supplies. Participates in the daily activities of the department as an active team member. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population and participates in related continuing education.   • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
