Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong functional understanding of FP&A, accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, including metadata management, forms, data maps, business rules, calculation scripts, security, and workflows.
  • Strong Smart View skills and experience building financial reports.
  • Knowledge of EPM automation tools, REST APIs, or scripting.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud finance application (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, PPM)
  • Ability to support monthly close and planning cycles within EPM.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate directly with Finance teams.
  • Ability to translate financial requirements into effective system design and configuration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EDM).
  • Experience leading multi‑module EPM environments, ideally in a consulting or system‑owner capacity.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and cross‑functional projects.
  • Strong communication and business‑partnering skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Self‑starter with a system‑owner mentality and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM integration (preferred).
  • Experience with EPM Narrative Reporting (preferred).
  • Background in Hyperion on‑premise environments (preferred).
