About The Position

Responsible for designing, securing, operating, and governing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments at scale along with middle warehouse oracle integration cloud: • Architect +mentor • Owns platform strategy, not just day-to-day operations • risk, security, and compliance decisions Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Design & manage: • Tenancy structure • Compartments • IAM (users, groups, dynamic groups, policies) • High availability & DR Planning (Internal) • Backup strategies and process design to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration (ERP / HCM ) • Environment management: • Dev / Test / Stage / Prod • Security: • Role-based access control • Segregation of Duties (SoD) • Patch & quarterly update planning and cutover • User lifecycle: • Provisioning / de-provisioning • Audit-ready access reviews Subscription Management and Control liasoning with Oracle CSM’s for subscription controls and escalation of any issues during implementation , stabilization and production support Security, Risk & Compliance Very important at • Data protection: • Logging & monitoring: • OCI Audit • OCI Logging & Events • Incident response ownership Automation • System Admin Process automation of day-2-day activities in order to save time along with accuracy • Power Automate based automation • Python based process automations • Subscription control & Management Performance & Cost Governance • Capacity planning • Cost optimization: • OCI Cost Analysis • Budgets & alerts • License optimization (BYOL) Leadership & Influence • Acts as: • Technical authority for Oracle Cloud • Escalation point for outages & breaches • Mentors junior admins & engineers • Partners with: • Security • Audit • Finance and SCM Production Management Production Information Management • Enterprise Architecture At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
