About The Position

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert technical consultant for a public sector financial services loan application project. Review technical requirements in a migration from COBOL to Oracle. Support loan application programs in Oracle PL/SQL. Develop new functionality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or additional four (4) years of exp in lieu of degree.
Minimum Four (4) years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c in Unix/Linux.
Extensive PL/SQL experience (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
Demonstrated ability to write advanced business logic with PL/SQL.
Advanced use of query refactoring and tuning techniques.
Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL
Experience with GitHub.
Exp working with Agile methodologies.
Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder.

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
