Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled
Technical Program
Manager
to join our mission-driven organization. This position is critical to
the supporting our Federal client with the Electronic Health Modernization
needs. This position combines hands-on technical integration development with
end-to-end project management responsibilities for healthcare interfaces built
and deployed using the Rhapsody integration engine.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of interface development and
deployment—planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live
support—while also providing strategic coordination, risk management, and
stakeholder communication across multiple teams. The position serves as a
central integration leader, supporting Release Management and Delivery
Leadership for all interface-related deployment activities. The ideal candidate
will have a solid understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations and
be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client
partners.
