We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our team part-time Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering top-tier surgical care while helping create a smooth, upbeat experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Requirements

2+ years of experience as a dental assistant in oral surgery, prosthodontics, or general dentistry required
Active BLS Certification or willing to obtain required
X-Ray Certification required
Prior IV or Phlebotomy experience or willing to be trained

Nice To Haves

Dental Assistant Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Assist our oral surgeons during surgical procedures such as extractions, implants, and more
Prepare and sterilize instruments and surgical areas
Ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and cared for before, during, and after procedures
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Monitor patients’ vital signs as needed during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
Support team members and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow
Assist with IV placements and drawing blood
