About The Position

TempToFT Order Entry Clerk / Office Support Temp to Hire Job Responsibilities: Processing customer returns and order entry (data entry) Light purchasing responsibilities Assist sales and engineering staff with equipment inquiries Maintaining job files General customer service including phones/email Assistance with rental and sales inventory

Requirements

  • Return desk / order desk and order entry experience preferred
  • Candidate must be an organized team player with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail oriented and good organizational abilities
  • Self-Starter
  • Energetic
  • Dependable
  • Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check required

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
