Order Fulfillment Specialist
About The Position
Royal Globall is a newly established e-commerce company based in Albany, Oregon. We specialize in delivering quality products directly to customers through efficient online order fulfillment. We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to take a leading role in daily operations and help grow the company from the ground up. The Drop Shipper / Order Fulfillment Specialist will oversee daily online order processing, product packaging, and shipping. This is an important position within the company and requires someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (email, web navigation, file management)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple spreadsheets)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in shipping or e-commerce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill all daily online orders
- Package products securely for shipment
- Print shipping labels and prepare all shipping documentation
- Arrange carrier pickups or conduct drop-offs as needed
- Maintain organized inventory and restock supplies
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
- Use Excel for data entry and basic recordkeeping
- Communicate workflow updates and needs to management
