About The Position
Join Our Team as an Order Picker! The standard schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm Pay: $15.25/hourly Hillman is an industry leader in builder solutions, committed to building stronger partnerships with the customers we serve. Requirements
- Work well in team-oriented environment
- Ability to work at a continuous fast pace to meet performance standards
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Superb time management skills
- Basic reading and arithmetic skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours
- Ability to use a handheld RF Scanner
- Work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Lift boxes that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Uses a RF hand scanner to determine order requirements
- Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes
- Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
- Ensure that work meets quality standards
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor
