About The Position

Under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for locating and retrieving garments in the warehouse, pulling, cycle counting, pad printing, and delivering garments to production as needed. Requirements

High school diploma preferred, but not required
Cannot be afraid of heights
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Accuracy is required; must understand order form and be able to count efficiently
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
Must be self-directed & self-motivated
Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a day
Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, stress control.

Responsibilities

Pulls orders of garments for production teams
Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments
Pad prints garments
Cycle counting of garments
Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks
Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety
Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed
Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously
Other duties as assigned, including special projects
