About The Position

Ganahl Lumber has been serving customers since 1884. Our Will Call department processes 75-100 orders daily, and we’re looking for an Order Pulling/Will Call Manager to lead the team and ensure efficient, high-quality service. The Will Call Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role involves managing the team, solving customer issues, and improving performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or warehouse settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Will Call team.
