About The Position

At Fayetteville PWC, we believe data tells a story. As our Organizational Effectiveness & Impact Analyst , you will be the storyteller. You will turn numbers into narratives that shape decisions, improve, programs, and elevate the employee experience by collecting and interpreting data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to enhance overall HR performance. Here’s what you’ll do: Own engagement measurement. Manage employee engagement surveys from design to delivery, ensuring actionable insights. Analyze HR data. Dive into workforce metrics. Turn data into dashboards, trends, and recommendations. Evaluate programs. Assess the impact of development, culture, and engagement initiatives. Identify what works and what needs improvement. Tell PWC’s story through data. Create compelling reports and visuals that help leaders understand the “why” behind the numbers. Drive continuous improvement. Recommend enhancements based on data, benchmarks, and best practices. Partner for impact. Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners, the Organizational Effectiveness team, and leaders to align insights with strategy. Your work will influence decisions at every level. This role is perfect if you love connecting data to people and making insights actionable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in advanced analytics, preferably with 3 years of experience in people analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and communicate insights clearly.
  • Skilled in survey design, administration, and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
