Requirements

  • Must have some Orthodontic Assistant experience.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
  • Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
  • Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment — keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
  • Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
  • Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
  • Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
